Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with applicable regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, analyzing data, and implementing quality control measures.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for controlling quality of products via inspection of plants, production materials, jobsite review, and lab testing.

-Ensures product abides by ASTM standards.

-Performs various testing to ensure quality of finished products. (color, air, raw materials, etc.).

-Provide mix designs that meet physical requirements and color matching.

-Run a variety of reports on quality of product.

-Communicates and documents test results to Plant Managers, Supervisor, Operations, and Ownership.

-Performs jobsite inspections and troubleshooting as needed.

-Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.

-Possesses and demonstrates strong working knowledge of cement and plant operations.

-Ability to problem solve and work independently and in teams.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Works efficiently with outside vendors, agencies, and customers on a variety of quality related issues.

-Communicates effectively with management, fellow employees, vendors, and clients.

-Attends and contributes to preconstruction and customer support meetings as needed.

-Performs other duties as assigned.
