Job Description: As the Packing Back House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the packing department in our Mound House, NV facility. You will ensure that products are packed according to quality standards, production schedules are met, and safety protocols are followed. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise packing staff to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.
- Develop and implement packing procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of packing materials.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in the food industry.

- Schedule will be Tue-Fri 0900-1700 with occasional weekends as needed
