SUMMARY:
Responsible for increasing revenues and profits in defined territory while delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage customers and prospects in a physical geographic territory.
2. Priority is to service and retain current customers, grow existing relationships and prospect for new customers at least 20% of the time.
3. Build relationships and entertain customers and prospects.
4. Network in the community to discover prospective customers.
5. Conduct quarterly reviews with key customers.
6. Develop packaging solutions to solve customer issues and to provide customer cost savings.
7. Deliver quotes and samples.
8. Establish and maintain sales pipeline and comply with sales reporting.
9. Address all customer complaints in person within 24 hours of complaint.
10. Responsible for all new item and customer information.
11. Additional duties as assigned by management. *Duties may vary depending on location
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 2 – 3 years of business experience.
2. Good communication skills.
3. High sense of urgency.
4. Good follow-up skills.
5. Results oriented.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this job. The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields and mandatory hearing protection, and steel toed shoes. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. Requires travel as necessary to meet customers.
