In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team! Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Project Manager - Corrugate who will be responsible for gathering all details for corrugate packaging projects.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and/ or suppliers for artwork specifications and approval
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders cross-functionally, including custom tooling, sourcing, and logistics teams, to foster a results-oriented work environment and ensure seamless project execution

Technical Expertise:

• Ability to provide corrugate sizing recommendations
• Act as the subject matter expert on corrugate packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications

Customer and Supplier Communication:

• Interface with sales and customers, understanding their needs and expectations and providing thought leadership
• Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure customer thrill throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with suppliers for new opportunity or quality issues

Resource and Risk Management:

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to source materials and services within budget constraints
• Provide cost reduction recommends via redesign
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with corrugate packaging projects
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and resolve problems

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high-quality corrugate packaging solutions
• Conduct preliminary testing, verify test reports and specifications
• Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, packaging, or a related field required.
• Three or more years of experience in a related corrugate role.
• Proven experience and skill in project management, specifically in corrugate packaging projects.
• A strong knowledge of corrugate packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends and best practices; understands corrugate/bottle fitment.
• Understands specifications and is able to read drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
