Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including Marketing within the area
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed

- Medical Records for the company

- Front desk tasks

- Ability to speak Arabic a preferrence

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in file management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with medical office management is a plus
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in front desk operations is preferred
- Strong vendor management skills
- Exceptional clerical abilities, including accurate data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with phone systems

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
