Vest Hand and Plastic Surgery is a combined hand and plastic surgery specialty practice. The practice is growing and serves the Las Vegas Valley. We are a family-run office with the primary goal of maintaining a personalized care approach for our patients.

Role Description

This is a full-time role, with on-site work required for a Medical Biller. This role will be an individual responsible for all billing, invoicing, and collecting patient payments for the practice and using the practice's electronic medical records system (EMR) eClinicalWorks. The biller will also be responsible for inputting/posting information into the EMR, and working with insurance companies to ensure accurate billing for patients.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a hand surgery or specialty practice is mandatory.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software, specifically EClinicalWorks.
• Knowledge of insurance and billing procedures and ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with patients, staff, and physician.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
