This position requires expertise in using power tools, maintaining surfaces, and executing trim carpentry.
Responsibilities:
- Renovate and restore surfaces using appropriate painting techniques
- Utilize power tools for sanding, scraping, and painting tasks
- Maintain and repair masonry surfaces as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for painting and labor tasks
- Experience in trim carpentry and masonry work is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
