In this essential role, you'll be our resident fixer-upper, tackling a variety of tasks to ensure our facilities are always in top condition. From painting and carpentry to plumbing and minor roof work, you'll be the hero of the day, keeping things running smoothly for a delightful experience for our staff and golfers.

Here's a glimpse into your day at Skylinks:

• Painting Pro: Wielding your airless paint sprayer like a champ, you'll keep our interior and exterior surfaces looking fresh and vibrant.
• Handyman Hero: From repairing drywall and flooring to tackling carpentry projects (think framing, cabinetry, or furniture assembly), you'll be our go-to master of repairs.
• Plumbing Wizard: Leaky faucets or clogged drains? No problem! You'll possess the skills to keep our water systems flowing smoothly.
• Eagle-Eyed Inspector: A keen eye for detail will be essential as you conduct routine inspections to identify and address any potential maintenance issues or hazards before they arise.
• Roofing Renaissance Person: Possible experience with roof work, including identifying and addressing dry rot, would be a valuable asset.
• Jack of All Trades: Your diverse skillset may also extend to masonry tasks like bricklaying, tiling, and concrete repairs.
• Schematics Sleuth: Following blueprints and schematics will ensure you complete projects accurately and efficiently.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaboration is key! You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely task completion.

• Weekends as needed
