We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with painting experience or someone who is interested in learning the craft of painting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Cover surfaces to ensure protection
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

• Must have the ability to:
  • Keep work area clean and organized 
  • Erect and work on rolling scaffold for entire shift
  • Move and utilize up to a 28’ ladder (including extension)
  • Carry full 5-gallon container of paint or equivalent weight on stairs
  • Wear and use Respirator
  • Work in all weather conditions applicable to painting
  • Work while on knees
  • Bend and reach while preparing and painting surfaces for entire work shift
  • Complete task at budgeted labor hours to company’s standards
  • Learn new skills with training
  • Adapt to standard field operating procedures
• Must have:
  • Valid WA Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience with painting or related tasks preferred but not required

Compensation: $16.50-$32.00/Hour
