As a Painter at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to Brent Hemmer, Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Prep and paint Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products
• Prep and paint refurbished and repaired equipment
• Apply paint or other finishes to paint surface using an automotive spray gun generally.
• Apply paint or other finishes to paint surface with a roller or brush as needed.
• Grind, sand, and apply bondo
• Keep inventory and order paint/paint products as needed.
• Responsible for the general cleanliness and organization of the paint shop and surrounding area.
• Responsible for maintaining all EPA records as they relate to the Paint Shop
• Operate a forklift and other light mobile equipment as needed.
• Fill in as a yard laborer as needed.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Must be able to wear Tyvek coveralls and wear a full face respirator
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs/ladders, and lift over 50 lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience with automotive spray gun or related
• Familiarity with construction related equipment preferred
