The Job:

• Interface with our maintenance team and manage a clear and organized calendar of painting work orders.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and leasing teams to maintain a high level of presentation for each property.

• 5-day work week.
• Work locations are Milford, New Haven and Branford.
• A minimum of two years of experience required.

Hourly Pay ranges with experience level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
