Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours a week
• Complete all work in a professional and thorough fashion
• Follow the training process and meet budget expectations after the training period is complete
• Read and understand the policy on proper waste disposal and safety
• Maintain an excellent attendance record
• Practice safe work habits as outlined in Select Painting Safety Program
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order
• Attend mandatory meetings & training as scheduled by your supervisor
• Bringing your equipment and supplies to every job site
• Loading and unloading equipment and supplies from job to job
• Morning and evening set up and takedown of supplies and equipment
• Daily jobsite cleanup including brushes and rollers
• Open to coaching and improvement
• Maintain a good working relationship with the project supervisor, other painters, and the homeowner
• Report any accidents or injuries to your supervisor immediately

Benefits

• Pay: $15.25 - $19.00 per hour, DOE

Come join our team! We are looking for individuals starting in May that want to join our exterior painting team (no previous painting experience needed!) This is a seasonal position for May till September.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
