Reports to: Production Supervisor

Classification: Non Exempt

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the operating and safety procedures of the department
• Prepare and mix paints
• Apply paints using airless and conventional spray methods
• Metal finishing
• Conduct inventory on paints and various other supplies and requisition supplies as needed
• Check paint thickness
• Assist others in department as needed

Required Skills & Abilities

• Read a tape measure

Education & Experience

• Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Global Harmonization System Training (GHS), Lock Out- Tag Out Training, (LOTO)
  • Onsite training available

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a production environment
