CENTER FOR FAMILY SERVICES FOOD PANTRY WAREHOUSE FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for client intake and maintaining documentation of all food pantry recipient files.
· Oversee incoming and outgoing telephone calls related to the food pantry.
· Tally and monitor records from our satellite offices for monthly reporting purposes.
· Review client files, verify information is complete and compile monthly reports.
· Input information into the computer system for monthly agency service reports and tracking of statistical data.
· Enter monthly statistics into Second Harvest database.
· Rotate food to ensure timely disbursement.
· Coordinate and oversee volunteers and community service workers.
· Assist Essential Service Supervisor with food orders and coordinate shipping and receiving all food orders.
· Maintain and oversee cleanliness of work area, including appropriate disinfecting and exterminating.
· Attend trainings, monthly staff meetings, in-services and/or meetings as necessary to enhance services delivery.

· Must have a passion to help others.
· Must be able to lift 50lbs.
· Must be able to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
· Must have the ability to relate to people of all socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic, racial and non-traditional family backgrounds and communicate in a respectful manner at all times.
· Must have computer skills and knowledge of Excel.
· Must be able to pass all appropriate background checks.
