This position prepares all cold food items including appetizers, desserts, sandwiches and salads in strict adherence to recipe and plate presentation specifications. Will be responsible for maintaining a clean sanitary work station. Will be responsible for the safe handling and proper storage of food products.

Education:

Experience:
Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably one that serves seafood, is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members. Must be able to read and memorize recipes. Must be able to follow written and oral directions.
Physical:
Must be able to stand and walk for periods of up to four hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
