Paralegal assists and supports attorneys with research and document preparation for court proceedings and legal transactions. Utilizes a variety of sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, and legal codes to research and analyze legal topics. Being a Paralegal drafts and edits legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, and contracts. Conducts fact-finding, data collection, and analysis used to prepare statements and arguments. Additionally, Paralegal assists attorneys with depositions, interviews, discovery, and investigations. Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology. Applies specialized legal terminology appropriately in documents. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Paralegal Certification. Typically reports to an attorney. The Paralegal work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Paralegal typically requires 4 -7 years of related experience. Keches Law Group, P.C. is a well-established, growing, 50 attorney law firm with offices in Milton, Bridgewater, and Worcester, practicing in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and discrimination.
We are seeking highly motivated full time experienced Paralegals for our Bridgewater office. Must be customer service oriented, highly motivated, and have strong organizational skills for a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate will have experience handling automobile injury claims in Massachusetts.
This is not a remote position, the ideal candidate will be able to commute to the Bridgewater office daily.

Duties:
The personal injury paralegal will be responsible for regularly requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills. This individual must have excellent communication skills with both attorneys and clients as well as strong organizational skills.
