We are currently hiring for either an in office paralegal (in Carson City, NV) or a remote paralegal.

Preferred Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Upbeat self-starter who can work with limited oversight
• Ability to manage family-based and/or removal cases and keep cases on track through completion
• Organized and able to prioritize a variety of tasks to meet deadlines
• Proactive in working with attorneys and staff to best serve clients
• Secret code 72 to be placed in email subject line when applying
• Knowledge of general family immigration process and removal defense
• Extreme attention to detail in all work
• Takes initiative to communicate clearly and directly with clients
• Minimum one year of experience as an immigration paralegal with family immigration and/or removal defense
