Well-established, busy Missoula law firm, Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, PLLP seeks a paralegal to join our professional, fast-paced, collaborative, hardworking team. GLR has a diverse practice, including defense litigation and business transactions.

This paralegal will assist with case management, from an administrative, clerical, legal, and technical perspective, on a number of legal matters and/or projects under the direct supervision of an Attorney. The position provides advanced litigation support to attorneys and clients, including but not limited to conducting extensive case research, preparing detailed reports and memoranda, assisting with transactional matters including probate, and drafting/formatting legal documents. This position requires the performance of paralegal, administrative, and clerical duties.

Performs other duties as assigned by firm management or as necessitated by the demands of the firm or the position. Maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys, supervisors, and staff and observes confidentiality of firm matters.

Preferred Experience and/or Education:
-Successful completion of a paralegal studies program, or
- Paralegal Certificate, or
- Bachelors Degree in any field, or
- Minimum of approximately two-three years of paralegal or equivalent law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney.
