Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process. Duties:

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Review and organize case files, documents, and evidence

- Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information

- Transcribe and proofread legal documents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases

- Assist with document production and discovery requests

- Coordinate with external parties, such as court personnel and opposing counsel

- Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as needed

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

- Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation

- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Ability to conduct thorough interviews to gather necessary information

- Knowledge of legal administrative processes and procedures

- Proficient in conducting document review for relevancy and privilege

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
