Job Description:

Full-time position in Lexington, North Carolina, primarily working with two attorneys in the practice areas of civil litigation, general business law, and, to a lesser extent, estate planning.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery, and related court filings.
• Assist attorneys with case management with the use of case management software.
• Maintain attorney calendars and appointments.
• Communicate effectively and personably with clients, court personnel, and the public.
• Assist others in the office on an as-needed basis.
• General office duties.

Paralegal education and experience are preferred but are not necessary. We are willing to teach and train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.50 per week
