Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will provide crucial support to attorneys and assist in the preparation of legal documents, research, and case management. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures.

Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Organize and maintain case files, documents, and exhibits
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with document management using software such as iManage or similar platforms
- Perform data entry tasks to update case information and maintain accurate records
- Assist with document review and analysis as needed
- File documents with the court system or other relevant agencies
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Proficient in legal drafting and writing skills
- Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in data entry and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with Westlaw or other legal research tools is a plus

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
