As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Contract Paralegal. This position will require providing legal and administrative support to the TAG in-house counsel team, including assisting with document preparation and review, management of legal document flow, mail processing, and other administrative work as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assists TAG attorneys with preparing, reviewing, editing, and otherwise managing the contract flow within the TAG organization and with outside vendors;

• Ensure contracts are properly executed and uploaded to the appropriate location;

• Update and manage templates, forms and other legal documents for internal use;

• Monitor the contract flow both internally and externally; and

• Provide general administrative or paralegal assistance as requested by TAG attorneys.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred (not required and may be supplemented with additional experience)

• 1-3 years of contract paralegal experience preferred;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and .pdf applications;

• Ability to effectively communicate and seek assistance or ask questions as needed; and

• Strong organizational skills and proactive in meeting deadlines.
