Simple Title Closing & Escrow is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Paralegal to join our expanding office in Worcester, Massachusetts. No paralegal experience is required, we are looking for candidates that have experience in an office setting to train and develop with our company. We are a fast-growing law firm based in MA with offices and MA, NH and CT. Our ideal candidate is an organized individual with attention to detail and customer-service focused. The candidate must be able to develop and maintain a good working, professional relationship with colleagues, clients and referral sources.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Answer phones, greet clients
• Maintain contact with clients via phone and email
• Data entry / open client files in our internal software system
• Work with all parties involved in a closing to ensure all necessary documents are collected
• Support Senior Paralegals
• Prepare closing package
• Balance Files

Requirements/Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an office setting
• Excellent organizational skills and very high attention to detail
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Customer service driven, positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
