If the answer is yes to the questions above, this opportunity may be for you! AMBER HALL LAW is a personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured people receive the care and compensation they deserve. Our team is looking for a Case Manager/Pre-Suit Paralegal.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree

· 2 years of proven experience working in intake, legal and/or sales

· Previous experience in personal injury case management preferred

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a sense of empathy

· Superb communicator

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and organize case files;

· Communicate with clients, insurance company representatives and others;

· Request relevant records;

· Review and summarize records, bills, creating chronologies, etc.

· Draft demand letters;

· Draft other correspondence;

· Input client information into in-house document/case management system;

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records;

· Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth workflow and efficient case management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury.

Initial employment compensation is based on your experience with opportunities for growth and bonus opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
