We are a young and growing accident reconstruction & ADAS firm specializing in the expert analysis of car crashes. Our technical growth has eclipsed our operational growth, and we are in great need of a curious, meticulous, detail-oriented, and operationally focused #2 to our current Chief Operating Officer. You would have a ton of responsibility with the ability to implement and execute change, processes, and a vision for growth. A background or interest in the legal industry, such as a paralegal, would fit well. We are looking for the right person, not the right degree. ➢ Education/Experience

· Minimum of an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field

· Legal Assistant, Paralegal or equivalent related experience (preferred)

➢ Responsibilities

· Provide support to lead and associate accident reconstructionists

· Assist with conflict checks, and opening and closing files

· Review file and determine appropriate documents to request from clients

· Monitor cases for deadlines and other case related needs

· Coordinate calls with clients

· Communicate with clients, autobody shops, etc. to coordinate inspections

· Assist with updating client database for accuracy of contact records, notes and tasks

· Assist with assigning tasks and files

· Assist with reviewing file materials, etc. and organizing and digesting as necessary

· Assist with submitting RTK, FOIA and other document requests

· Other duties as assigned

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
