As a Paralegal with us, you'll be at the forefront of our legal operations, providing crucial support in drafting, negotiating, and tracking a wide array of contractual agreements. From collaborating with our legal team to conducting vital legal research, your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our compliance and success.

What You Bring:

• Drafting and Negotiating: Craft legal documents and correspondence under counsel's guidance and negotiate contracts both verbally and in writing with counterparties.
• Contract Management: Assist in drafting and updating our contracts playbook and coordinate the contract review and approval process with various internal stakeholders.
• Compliance Support: Aid our Compliance Officer with state and federal licensing, reporting, and other compliance-related activities.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and legislative tracking to stay abreast of changes impacting the pharmacy benefit industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal business stakeholders, outside counsel, and other members of the legal team to support special projects and initiatives.

What You Bring:

Education:

• Undergraduate degree preferred; Paralegal certificate is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of corporate law and contracts.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Previous experience in a legal department or with a contracting team is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal research tools is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment are essential.
