Job Description:

As a Litigation Paralegal at Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC, you will play a crucial role in our litigation department. You will work closely with our attorneys, providing essential support in all phases of the litigation process. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a college degree and a minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case development.
• Manage and organize case files, documents, and exhibits.
• Assist with the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Maintain deadlines and manage the docket for assigned cases.
• Perform administrative tasks as necessary to support attorneys.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant with a focus on plaintiff-side work.
• Proficiency in legal research, document management, and e-filing systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal software, such as case management and document review platforms.
