Assists integral customers with consulting contract interpretation. Reviews highly negotiated contractual documents against standard and prepare comprehensive analysis based upon review.
Maintain repository of comprehensive reviews. Draft non-standard language alternatives to negate egregious terms found during comprehensive review.
Assist in negotiations on legal terms and conditions, as requested.
Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment.
