Onsite Role Work schedule Mon / Fri, 8am to 5pm!

The pay ranges between $30.50 - $33.92 an hour.

Required Skills :

• Bachelor s degree (B.A., B.S.) is required, Paralegal degree from ABA accredited program preferred.
• Law firm experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 (B.A., B.S.) years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or related fields.
• Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreement, Statements of Work, Project Agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, Confidential Disclosure Agreements and Termination Letters.
• Demonstrated a high level of competence with computers is essential.
• Prior experience supporting pharma contracts, vendor contracts, and legal contracts.
• Extensive experience with MS Office Applications is required.
• Extensive experience using track changes to redline documents.
• Must be able to work and demonstrate success in developing effective solutions to complex problems is required.
• Demonstrate success in establishing successful working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.
• Must be a dependable self-starter with strong negotiation skills.
• Must be capable of working independently on multiple projects with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to operate effectively in a heavily metricized organization, where a demanding workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
• Must be able to manage significant contract request volume, with cyclical ramp-ups.
• Familiarity with the concept of bifurcation is useful.

Project Description :

• Review contract intake forms and work with procurement owners to obtain any missing information.
• Determine contracting requirements based upon assigned requests.
• Ability to review historical contract information to assess current contracting requirements.
• Draft needed contract language based on Client templates and critical clauses.
• Working knowledge and negotiation expertise of key contract terms and how to negotiate such clauses.
• Participate in and lead Supplier negotiation calls.
• Draft, review, redline and negotiate Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreement, Amendments, Termination Letters, Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Licensing Agreements within Indirect Procurement Categories.
• Collaborate with Indirect Procurement category owners to meet contracting needs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Procurement partners to meet and understand contracting needs.
• Liaise with the Client legal, internal subject matter experts & suppliers in negotiations until fully executed.
• Ensure timely completion of required assessments (Privacy, Cybersecurity, Pharmacovigilance), as applicable.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of all his / her assigned projects.
