Paralegal Supervisor jobs in Ogden, UT

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with attorney, clients, other law offices and Courts
• Draft legal correspondence and routine family law motions and pleadings
• Maintain deadline reminders and calendaring system
• Assist attorney in preparing for mediations, hearings, and trials
• Organize and maintain documents in client files and electronic filing system
• Review, organize and assemble client information and documents
• Scheduling, court e-filings, mailings, and other admin-related tasks
• Assist as needed in client meetings and document signings

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Experience in Family Law is preferred
• Must be proficient with MS Office
• Excellent professional interpersonal & communication skills
• Legal writing and research skills experience highly preferred
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Experience with Abacus Law management software system preferred
• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of client information -required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
