Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a focus on real estate, land use, environmental, construction, and/or business law. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience. Duties will involve drafting deeds and the ancillary REETA documents, recording with the county, and other transactional/administrative tasks. Additionally, some litigation support will be required including filing with the courts. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and some Excel) are critical to success in this position. Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedure is a must. The successful candidate will support 2-3 attorneys, be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
