Additionally, Paralegal Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Paralegal Certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Paralegal Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Our firm is growing and we are looking for a family law attorney to join our team. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations such as navigating prenuptial agreements, attending divorce hearings, alimony/spousal support and child support. The candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence.
