Rueb Stoller Daniel LLP, is a national plaintiffs’ firm that represents thousands of clients across the United States in complex multi-state and multi-district, mass-tort, class-action, and individual litigations seeking justice for our clients. Our firm and attorneys have excellent reputations – both locally and nationally.  In April 2019 we opened our Phoenix office (beautiful space in the Esplanade, overlooking Biltmore Fashion Square).  We are currently looking for a Case Management Paralegal to support our busy, fast-paced office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review client files for accuracy and completeness
• Work with assigned Case Managers through case buildup process 
• Prepare and respond to discovery
• Review and analyze medical records to identify qualifying injuries
• Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Routine communications with clients and attorneys regarding case status

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and/or work experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and urgency of deadlines 
• Candidate must be articulate and a team player with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
