```Duties:```
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A PARALEGAL

-Primary duties are drafting and e-filing domestic relations documents

-some estate planning and probate
- Organize and maintain client files and documents
- Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a paralegal assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficient in using document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with legal drafting and formatting of legal documents
- Proficient in using computer software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
