Coordinates the preparation of legal documents and tracks projects to ensure the work is completed accurately and on time. Being a Paralegal Supervisor organizes documents into formal report and proofs for attorneys. Trains paralegals to effectively utilize databases and legal libraries to conduct research. You will be accountable for creating files, gathering and organizing files, putting documents into their proper location (digitally or hard files), welcoming clients, answering, screening and forwarding phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, filing, copying, and scanning.
You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
