Coordinates the preparation of legal documents and tracks projects to ensure the work is completed accurately and on time. Being a Paralegal Supervisor organizes documents into formal report and proofs for attorneys. Trains paralegals to effectively utilize databases and legal libraries to conduct research. Additionally, Paralegal Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Paralegal Certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Paralegal Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Real Estate office seeking a friendly and positive new addition to our team. Applicants are expected to be able to handle responsibilities such as title commitments, title clearing, closing package and CD preparation for both Buyers and Sellers. This job requires professional client contact and communication, handling scheduling and post-closing matters.
Experience with E-Closing software is a plus.
Requirements: 3-5 years real estate conveyancing experience, ability to communicate clearly and positively, strong people skills. We are looking at both part-time and full-time candidates. Salary shall be commensurate with experience.
