General Summary:
Under the supervision of the City Manager and/or designee. Employees in this classification will be responsible for customer service and general operations of Jean Klock Park. Candidates must have scheduling flexibility and be willing to work weekends and/or holidays. This is a seasonal position with employment occurring May 1st – Oct. 30th.
Essential Job Functions:
An employee in this position may be called upon to perform any or all of the following essential functions:
- Greet park patrons and interact with patrons.
- Provides excellent customer service to the public and responding to inquiries, requests and resolving customer complaints as necessary in a prompt, effective and courteous manner.
- Work well with colleagues.
- Use good judgment.
- Performs normal duties in areas in which assigned such as day to day park activities and special events.
- Enforces facility policies, rules and regulations as necessary.
- Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work condition or practice to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
