Park Naturalist plans, develops, and conducts programs to inform the public of historical, natural, and scientific features concerning national, state, or local parks. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Park Naturalist is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of semi-skilled routine maintenance tasks and projects in the operation and maintenance of trail maintenance in a manner that will assure a safe, aesthetic, enjoyable, and high quality visitor experience.
Temporary maintenance employees are members of the Maintenance Collective Bargaining Unit.
STEP ONE WAGE : $17.53 / hour
STEP TWO WAGE : $19.10 / hour
