We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing. This position involves a variety of duties aimed at preserving the landscape and enhancing the overall appearance of our grounds.

Responsibilities:

• Clean Up Trash: Regularly patrol the property to collect and dispose of litter and debris, ensuring a clean and presentable environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Report Emergencies: Act as a point of contact for emergencies, promptly reporting any incidents, hazards, or issues requiring immediate attention to the appropriate authorities or management.
• Pass Out Paperwork: Distribute paperwork, notices, and other relevant documentation to residents or staff members as directed by management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Assist with Company Paperwork: Support administrative tasks by assisting with filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork related to property maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Help with Necessary Duties to Maintain the Property: Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform various tasks aimed at preserving and enhancing the property, including but not limited to landscaping, minor repairs, painting, and general upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field preferred.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Byron, GA 31008: Relocate before starting work (Required)
