Park Naturalist plans, develops, and conducts programs to inform the public of historical, natural, and scientific features concerning national, state, or local parks. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Park Naturalist is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Operations manager’s duties are but not limited to,
Day to day supervision of the set up and House/Cleaning staff.
Making sure the common areas are clean and positioned properly
Contacting clients in regards to floor plans and set up for the events a week in advance.
Once floor plan is in hand, making sure it coincides with final invoice.
Proper execution of event set up and performance.
Problem solving any incident that arises in regards to staffing, building maintenance, and customer relations.
Daily planning of “the week at hand” in regards to proper transfers from suite to suite.
Assisting sales with payments, favor drop offs, etc.
Set up of proper signage for rooms, weekly function sheets, Back of the house schedules, menu card printing, and signage for the chafing dishes.
