We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Mobile Home Park. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our mobile home park, providing a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues or areas that require attention.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and facilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure resident satisfaction and address any maintenance-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in various maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
