ParkNation is expanding to Phillipsburg, NJ. This expansion requires the immediate opening for 2 part time, and 1 full time Parking Lot Maintenance & Attendant positions at our new Phillipsbug location.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lot, as well as assisting with various duties related to facilities maintenance.
```Duties:```
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including removing debris and ensuring vehicles are parked in designated areas
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks, such as cleaning restrooms, emptying trash bins, and maintaining landscaping
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
-Driver Check-In/Out including parking space registration and assignment.
-Additional duties may include dispatching and return of U-Haul Rental vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.
```Skills:```
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Ability to supervise others in a team environment is a plus
-Driver Check-In/Out including parking space registration and assignment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
Basic computer skills
The associate will be required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by ParkNation management
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
