Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in our parking lot. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist with parking their vehicles
- Monitor parking lot for any unauthorized vehicles or suspicious activities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient parking operations
- Provide valet parking services as needed
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
-Experience with manual transmission is a bonus
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in cash handling and maintaining financial accuracy
-High School or GED required
-Since the Valet Attendant is the first and last to greet customers it is essential that the valet provide excellent customer service. This includes opening and closing doors for driver and any passengers, assisting customers with carrying their belongings, and any other useful assistance that can help meet the customers expectations
-The Valet Attendant should be able to stand for extended periods of time and run on occasion
-Park and retrieve cars
