Position:  Parking Attendant

Location:  Downtown Houston

Full Time and Part Time shifts available

The Parking Attendant Job Summary:       

The ideal candidate for a Parking Attendant position at Premier Parking is energetic, outgoing, polite, responsible, and professional; works well under pressure, enjoys servicing people, and possesses strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending is a requirement of the position.      

As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for and expected to:          

• Assist Management in the daily operation of the parking facility     
• Perform cashiering function as needed     
• Assist customers in the use of automated revenue control equipment including ticket dispensers, pay stations and exit station equipment    
• Have knowledge or willingness to learn surrounding streets, landmarks, freeways, or any other helpful information to be able to provide to guest whenever needed.    
• Communicate professionally with the public    
• Daily collection and categorization of process parking ticket transactions     
• Stock and maintain all revenue control equipment     
• Management with any additional duties as they become assigned
