In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients: This involves prospecting for new businesses in need of staffing solutions, understanding their specific needs and challenges, and determining if your agency's services are a good match.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships: You will build rapport with key decision-makers, act as a trusted advisor, and understand their current and future staffing needs.
- Selling staffing solutions: You will present your agency's services and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients. This involves tailoring presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Building a strong network: You will actively build relationships with professionals within your assigned territory, attend industry events, and leverage your network to generate new leads.
- Achieving sales targets: You will be held accountable for meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals. This may involve exceeding monthly quotas or acquiring a specific number of new clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service: You will ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns promptly, and exceeding their expectations.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends: You will maintain a deep understanding of the staffing industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the staffing industry
- A strong understanding of the staffing industry and its various service offerings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A target-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
