Strong communication skills are needed. Must be able to communicate with parents and coworkers about children's needs. Sets a positive tone in the building amongst staff and children.

Work in a flexible environment, as the day-to day needs may be within an office, or assisting in a classroom, or meeting with families.

Supervise and support staff throughout the day.

Assist with creating weekly schedules for staff, shopping for daycare groceries and supplies, communicating with families daily.

Plan for activities (holidays, fundraisers, special events) at the school

Maintain a safe learning environment by monitoring children's health and behavior (physical and emotional).

Share the responsibility in the upkeep and care of the Day School. Help clean scheduled classrooms, as well as common areas, such as the hallways.

Follow all policies and procedures set forth by administration.

Attend additional required trainings (online and in person). Must achieve 15 hours of training per year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
