Automotive Shop Manager

UP Auto Care LLC is opening a full-service auto care franchise. As the Auto Shop Manager, you will help keep our clients safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services and repairs for their vehicles. You’ll lead a diverse team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests, and have fun doing it! We are seeking friendly, career-oriented individuals who are driven to help.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Demonstrated leadership. A fondness for teaching, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team. A professional tool set. A minimum of five years’ experience as an automotive technician. Ability to manage inventory and order scheduling. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. We prefer a candidate that has an EPA 609 certification, as well as valid ASE Certifications.
