Pastor directs religious services and all daily operations of an organization. Provides spiritual leadership, guidance, and assistance to members. Being a Pastor supervises church staff and associated administrative businesses to ensure operational needs are met. Designs and oversees outreach and educational programs and events to support the community. Additionally, Pastor coordinates volunteers to ensure community outreach goals are fulfilled. Performs religious services, leads prayer, and conducts worship. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a regional or chapter manager. The Pastor typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Pastor typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The part-time role will be responsible for excellence in executing the service plan of Apartment Life’s (AL) onsite program communities. This leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of AL and the desires of its partners to help residents navigate various social needs and crises which can include Financial Assistance, Food Assistance, Filing Unemployment, Veteran support, or seeking rent relief and career counseling. Look to impact the lives of residents by providing the support, programming, needs assistance, and resources necessary to achieve stability for individuals and families living in the communities. Specifically, will work with their Apartment Life supervisor to prepare a schedule balancing their at the community.
