Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastor to join our church community. The ideal candidate will be a spiritual leader, counselor, and mentor who can provide guidance and support to our congregation.

Responsibilities:

- Lead worship services, including preaching sermons and conducting ceremonies
- Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to church members
- Mentor and guide individuals in their spiritual journey
- Plan and organize church events and activities
- Manage conflicts within the congregation with grace and wisdom
- Communicate effectively with church staff, volunteers, and members

- Oversee the administration and management of church operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and personnel management in the church office.

Experience:

Required Skills:
- Experience in pastoral care
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in mentoring individuals
- Skilled in event planning for church activities
- Excellent public speaking skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,190.00 per year
