1. Preparing and preaching Biblical sermons on a weekly basis.
2. Oversee special ceremonies and services, such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc.
3. Oversee the various ministries with the support of church leadership.
4. Develop outreach programs to help serve the community. This may include working with other like minded organizations.
5. Plan and lead services collaborating with the worship team.
6. Provide pastoral care for the congregation which would include visiting the sick, counseling those in need, and offering support during times of crisis.
7. Facilitate and develop small groups and educational programs to grow the congregation spiritually.
8. Work and develop with church staff to establish and execute a strategic plan for both the church and leadership growth.
